Dear Sir,
I humbly bring this to your kind notice that while travelling by a bus, back from school day before, somebody lifted away my bag of books which I had kept close to my seat. The bus was awfully crowded. The examinations are only a month after. I come from a very poor family and my father will not be able to afford purchasing all the books. I am feeling greatly disturbed. I am making a very special request that books may be ordered to be issued to me from the library as a special case, otherwise I would lose my year which would be very hard on me. I have always been securing a position among the first three in the class in all my classes. My class teacher has testified to this fact and he has also recommended my application.
I shall feel greatly obliged if this favour is granted to me.
Thanking you
Yours obediently,
