In the formula V=RI. R is the constant of proportionality but still it’s value depends on nature of the material , temp, size of conductor . BUT WE KNOW THAT THE VALUE OF CONSTANT REMAINS THE SAME . THEN WHY IS IT KNOWN AS A CONSTANT??????????
