Initial charge on capacitor(Q)=1.5C

From figure,Capacitance(C)=0.25F

To find current,we need to find potential of capacitor.It can be found by relation

Q=CV \\  =  > V =  \frac{Q}{C}

By substituting given values,we get

V =  \frac{1.5}{0.25}  = 6V

Since,potential is known current can be found by using kirchoff's law across loop which consists of capacitor

Therefore by using kirchoff law ,we get

 + 2 + 6 - 2i = 0 =  > i = 4 A

Therefore minimum current through key is 4A
