given resistor 4 ohm and 5 ohm are in parallel

and battery is10v

find reading of ammeter

Sol - take resistor 5 ohm as R1

so I1=V/R1

then V=10 And R1= 5 ohm

so 10/5 =2A

so (d) is correct answer

Answer:

Concept :

The flow of electric current in a circuit can be measured using an ammeter. Because electric current is calculated in amperes, some individuals mistakenly refer to ammeters as ampmeters. The units are using are ohms, amperes, and volts, and it can measure the "resistance" of a current as well as its speed and force. In a circuit with two connections, ammeters are linked in series.

Given :

When the battery's internal resistance is zero, the ammeter reading in the diagram is

(1) 40/29 A

(2) 10/9 A

(3) 5/3 A

(4) 2 A

Find :

To find the reading of the ammeter

Answer :

The option answer is (4) 2A.

The potential for each resistor in the preceding design is 10V since 4 and 5 ohms are connected in parallel.

Here ,

V=IR  (from Ohm's law)

here I is current and R is Resistance

therefore

I = V/R\\ I = 10/5\\ I = 2A

calculating resistors According to Ohm's Law, the voltage is precisely proportional to the current flowing through a conductor between two points. This holds true for a wide variety of voltages and currents and materials, and the conductance and resistance of electronic parts constructed of these materials stay constant.
