IF AB=AC
THEN ANGLE B=C
ANGLE C +115=180    (LINEAR PAIR)
C=180-115
= 65
SO B= C
SO B=65
SO A+B+C=180  (ASP)
65+65+A=180
A =50

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

From the given figure, it is also given that ∠ACD=115°.

Then, ∠ACB+∠ACD=108° (Straight line property)

⇒∠ACB+115=180

⇒∠ACB=65°

Also, it is given that AB=AC, therefore the angles made by these sides will also be equal, therefore m∠B=m∠C.

∠ABC=∠ACB=65°

Now, using the angle sum property in ΔABC, we have

∠BAC+∠ACB+∠CBA=180°

⇒x+65+65=180

⇒x+130=180

⇒x=50°

Thus, the value of x is 50°.
