In the given figure, ABCD is a square and ΔDEC is an equilateral triangle. Prove that (i) ΔADE ≅ ΔBCE (ii) AE = BE Pls answer fast it’s urgent .

Side AD= Side BC ( since ABCD is a square with all sides equal)

<D=<C ( Add the angles ADC and CDE to get angle equal to sum of angles BCD and DCE since both are regular polygons)

Side DE= Side CE (Sides of equilateral triangle are equal)

Hence by SAS congruence criterion triangle ADE

is congruent to triangle BCE.
