ABCD is a trapezium in which AB and DC are parallel and AB is the diameter.

<CAB = 28° = <ACD. Now <ACB = 90°, so <BCD = <BCA+ACD = 90+28 = 118 deg = <ADC.

<ABC = 180 - <BCD = 180 - 118 = 62°.

<BAD = <BCD = 118°.

Hence <ADC - <ABC = 118 - 62 = 58°.
