In triangle GCB and DCE-

  • ∠GCB=∠DCB          (Oppsoite angles). A
  • BC=DE.                    (given).                 S
  • ∠GBC=∠DEC.         (Given that 1=2).     A

Hence ΔGCB≅ΔDCE by ASA congruecy criterion
