In the given figure if O is the centre of a circle and PQ is a diameter. if angle ROS is 50°,then angle RTS is ​

Answer: angle RTS=40°

Given LROS=50°

==>LRQS=50°(Angles on the same segment are equal)

LPRQ=90°(angle in a semi circle is a right angle)

LPRQ+LQRT=180(Linear pair)

==>LQRT=90°

In triangle QRT,

LRQS+LQRT+LRTS=180°(ASP)

50°+90°+LRTS=180°

LRTS=180°-140°

=40°

Therefore, angle LRTS=40°
