Please refer to my attachment in order to understand my steps

Step-by-step explanation:

∵ ∠60° and ∠y (red colored angle) are corresponding angles

∴ m∠y = 60°

∵ Sum of ∠y° and the two ∠x° together = 180° (Straight angle)

∴ The two ∠x°  together = 180 - ∠y°

The two ∠x°  together = 180 - 60°

The two ∠x°  together = 120°

The measurement of a single ∠x° = 120/2

∠x° = 60,  and the second ∠x° = 60

Or in a different way

(∠x+∠x) + y = 180°

(∠x+∠x)  = 180° - ∠y

(∠x+∠x)  = 180° - 60°

(∠x+∠x)  = 120°

Divide 120 by 2 to get the measurement of a single x

∠x° = 120/2 = 60° (each x = 60°)

Answer = (b)60°
