L1 = L3 = 120÷2= 60°

and L2 and L4 are vertically opposite angles , therefore,

L2 = L4

Since L1 + L2 + L3 + L4 = 360°

60° + L2 + 60° + L4 = 360°

120° + 2 L2 = 360°

L2 = 240°÷2

L2 = 120°

and L4=120°
