QM = MR

LM = MN

ZQLM = ZRNM = 90°

Therefore, AQLM = ARNM...(RHS

criteria)

Hence, QL = RN - ..(i)

Join PM

In APLM and APNM and

PM = PM ...(common)

LM = MN

ZPLM = <PNM = 90°

Therefore, APLM = APNM ...(RHS

criteria)

Hence, PL = PN.

From (i) and (ii)

PQ = PR.
