There is a theorem is class 9 that the angle subtended at the centre is double than the angle opposite to that very chord or a point
means <x=80 (by the theorem)
Now the centre angle forms reflex angle that is 360°
So <AOB=360°-<x
360-80= 280°
hence AOB= 280°.
