angle PAO = 90 ( radius perpendicular tangent at the Point of contact )


angle PBO = 90 ( radius perpendicular tangent at the point of contact )


AOBP is a Quad . ....

angle A + angle B + angle O angle P = 360

angle O = 360 - ( 180 + 40 )

angle O = 360 - 220

angle O = 140 ..


angle AQB = 70
