In the given figure of triangle ABC angle ABC=50 AC is extended to D and DE parallel to BA such that angle CDE=40. Find angle DCB.

Answer:

angle cab = angle ead (interior alternate angles)

cab=40°

In triangke ABC

angle acb=180°-90°=90°

angke bcd +acb=180°(angkes on a straight line)

therefore Angle DCB=180°-90°=90°
