To find:- Angle U

Given:-

OG and OD are the Bisector of angle G and angle D, respectively.

Solution:-

We know

Bisector divides an angle into 2 equal parts

that is if OG bisects angle O

then

OGD+UGO=UGD

as They are the equal halves of UGD

UGO is 35°

and if both are equal,then

UGD=35+35

UGD=70°

also same applies to angle D

OD is it's bisector

then

GDO+DOI=GDI

as They are the equal halves of GDI

GDO is 50°

and of bothare equal then

GDI=50+50

GDI=100°

But yet we haven't got angle U

we know sum of all interior angles of a regular quadrilateral is 360°

that is

UGD+GDI+DIU+IUG=360°

angle G + angle D + angle I + angle U =360°

70+100+110+angle U=360°

280+angle U=360°

angle U=360-280

angle U=80°
