So here Tension force in the string will remain same throughout the length

So we will have

Now for the pulley on the left we can see there exist two strings upwards with tension T and one string down with same tension T

also we know that net force on the pulley is zero as it is massless

so we have

T = 0

now since Tension force is zero on this so the mass connected with other pulley will fall freely downwards

so its acceleration is equal to
