No body on this earth can ignore the Old age, it will definitely come one day and one should be ready for this. But it is human nature that when we passes through our young age, we never think of this.
Today, through this message, I take this opportunity to tell you something about my family's attitude towards me. One day when I was reading a newspaper in the balcony, my daughters went to my room and stole some money from my wallet. In the afternoon, when I went to the market, I shocked to see that some amount of money was missing. Anyhow, I took some vegetables and returned back to home. Then I asked my daughters that whether they have taken money from my wallet, but both of them refused and they humiliated me by saying that Dad, you might have spent that money somewhere else and in old age memory weakens. That time I felt very bad. My own children were making fool of me. Even, while going into their room, I heard them saying that our dad has done nothing for us and it is better for him to die. The attitude of my children was very embarrassing and for a moment, I was shocked. During whole of my life, I gave my heart and sole for my family and worked like a labourer so that I can give every facility to my family but after seeing their attitude towards me in this age, I was broken. I never thought of my life. Even after so many constraints, I raised them well and now, when I need their support only, they are not ready give me even the love, I expect from them. That day, I realized that one should prepare himself for his old age and he should keep something for himself too contrary to my case, where I did not kept any asset or amount for myself and spent all I had earned, on my daughters.
I advice all the elders to kindly keep something with you too for your old age because if the children cares for you in the old age, then its fine but if something happens as with me, then you will be in situation where "The ride is responsible for its own luggage"
