We know that dividend=divisor×quotient+remainder

or dividend=divisor×6+8

But,dividend+divisor+quotient+remainder= 85

or dividend+divisor+6+8=85

or divisor×6+8+divisor+14=85

or 7divisor+22=85

or divisor=(85-22)/7

or divisor=9

Now,subtituting the value of divisor in the equation:dividend=divisor×quotient +remainder,we get

dividend=9×6+8

=62

Therefore the required values are:-dividend=62,divisor=9,quotient=6 and remainder=8.

Hope this will be helpful.
