first find the resistance of middle they are connected into series
RS=3R+3R
RS = 6R

and this 6R resistor is parallel to B side resistor
Rp
= 3R×6R/6R+3R
= 2R

so finally resistance between A and B is
RS1
=2R+R
=3R


so equivalent resistance between A and B is 3R
