In the poem THE COLD WITHIN, the poor man thinka that rich people are idle because usually rich people are concerned more with theor money than their humanity. Maximum rich people do not want to help the poor people and thick about theor own self respect and ego and are not very humble to everybody. They usually talk only with the people of their own status and think only about their money and doesn't keep contacts with other thinking money to keep it to themselves. So the rich didn't want to share the log with anyone thinking of keeping it to himself being selfish and so the poor thought the rich to be idle because of his selfishness PLEASE MARK ME AS A BRAINIEST.....!
