It says that the laburnum tree does not make itself noticeable like the cawing crows does by making audible sound.

Answer:-
The tree is similar to the crows as it is unremarkable as the crows. However, it is different as the criws as it does not advertise itself as the crow that caws all day long calling out it's own name.
