In the poem "The Road Not Taken," the poet feels sorry for the road which he didn't choose to go to. The dilemma in which the poet fell was to choose between two roads. He had the option of choosing only one. He wanted to choose both the paths but was not permitted to do so. this led the poet to be sad. Also, the choice which he wanted to make was to choose the less trodden road. This road was not chosen by many people. While the other opted for most of the times. This was the dilemma of the poet.
