Answer:Yes,The poet does imply that we do not respect nature or its gifts to us , because if the situation is looked at ,we will see that once beautiful, healthy and clean ,our resources are now dirty and polluted, because of what? Pollution, and who produced that pollution ,we did and we still are at it .Also the first line in the third stanza 'One can't blame pollution alone
As they say you reap what you've sown' , implies the same thing,that pollution isn't the only one to blame as since we produced it first, therefore we too are responsible for all this destruction and exploitation of theses resources.
