Glycolysis 2 ATP + 2NADH = 8ATP

Krebs cycle NADH 3 (in two cycle). = 18 ATP

FADH2 4 (in two cycle) =4 ATP

GTP 2 (in two cycle). =2ATP

Oxidative 2 NADH (in two cycle) = 6ATP

decarboxylation

TOTAL ======= 38ATP
