=> EQUATION : ax^2 + bx + c = 0

=> GIVEN : b^2/4 = ac

and b^2 = 4ac ------eq(1)

=> ON USING QUADRATIC FORMULA,

=> X = -b + √b^2 - 4ac / 2a

=> X = -b + √ 4ac - 4ac / 2a [ From eq(1) ]

=> X = - b + √ 0 / 2a

=> X = - b / 2a

--> HENCE THE ROOT OF EQUATION IS - b / 2a.

HOPE THIS HELPS !
