The value of 50p coins in the bag = 5x*50 = 250x

The value of 25p coins in the bag = 9x*25 = 225x

The value of 10p coins in the bag = 4x*10 = 40x

Hence,

250x + 225x + 40x = 20600

515x = 20600

x = 20600/515

x = 40

Hence the number of coins will be
