In the ratio 8:13,if the consequent is91, what is the antecedent

13×7=91 so,if 7 times it is increasing the answer is 8×7=56

Here, a is called the antecedent and b is called the consequent.

Here, b = 15 (The consequent is equal to 15 according to the question).

So the required ratio is of the form a/15

And this ratio reduces to 3/5.

Therefore, a/15 = 3/5

Simplify and you will get: a = (15 x 3) / 5 = 45/5 = 9
