Let's see,.
We Know that H2O2 has both property reducing and oxidising.
Here it is showing Reducing Property.
Since, In, Basic Medium it reduct potassium phericynide in potassium phericynide..
Also one thing to mention that here oxidation numbers changes 3 to 2.
there is an decrement in oxidation number.
Therefore,.
Here H2O2 acts as Reducting Agent!!!!

one thing to mention that are oxidation number changes 3 to 2........
he is decrement in oxidation number.....
