The answer is Hemu.

In the Second Battle of Panipet, Akbar defeated Hemu. This battle took place in November 1556 between the Mughal emperor Akbar and Hemu, a Hindu general who had earlier defeated the Mughals when they were under the leadership of Tardi Beg Khan.

During the battle, Hemu was injured by an arrow that made him unconscious. When his army saw their leader falling, they began to panic and dispersed as fast as they could. This made it very easy for the Mughals to capture Hemu and subsequently behead him.
