- She is easily gullible due to feelings she has feelings for Mr. Easton and cannot see past these feelings that is why she is gullible to lies by Mr. Easton.

- She is outgoing and social because she talked to the two other men she met about the west.
- She is attractive because she is described as a rich, young woman with a gloss of style and manner from this description we also see that she is well behaved and disciplined.
- She is confident because she spoke to Mr. Easton with a full, sweet and deliberate voice.
