in the steel wire production, what is the reason cause low life of the wire drawing die ?

i think have following reason:

The semi-finished steel wire heat treatment structure is not fully transformed;

the surface of the semi-finished steel wire has poor phosphating effect;

the lubricating fluid concentration is low, the drawing temperature is low;

the drawing process is unreasonable;

and the drawing die quality is poor.
