Given: The angles A = 55 degree and B = 55 degree

To find: the measure of D.

Solution:

  • Let ABCD be the trapezium where AB || CD.
  • Then it would be isosceles triangle ad adjacent sides will be same as 55 degree.
  • Now angle A + D = 180 degree as co interior angles are supplementary.
  • So:

               55 + D = 180

               D = 180 - 55

               D = 125 degree.

Answer:

           So the angle of D is 125 degree.
