Hello!!

In triangle OCD,

OC = OD ( Given )

Since, angles opposite to the two equal sides, are equal.

=) angle OCD = angle ODC .........(i)

Since, angle BAO = angle DCO

=) Angle BAO = OCD ...........(ii)

From eq (i) and (ii)

Angle BAO = Angle ODC

Now,

Since, angle BAO = angle ODC

i.e. alternate angles are equal.

Hence, AB // CD

Since, if transversal intersects two lines and alternate angles are equal , the the two lines are parallel to each other.

Hope it helps u :)
