The statement which also must be a fact is II. Dogs that like to swim also like to run.

  • It is a fact that all dogs like to run. This means  that some of the dogs which like to swim will also like to run. Some of the dogs which look like their masters will also like to run. We can say that 'running' remains constant in all the facts.
  • Hence, 'dogs that like to swim also like to run' will also be a fact.
