Answer:

Smart choices for good health

This is the year 2020. Science has reached the top , life has become very fast. our way of life style has also changed and become faster than before. We have no enough time to waste.

There is no one who doesn't like to taste delicious dishes and foods. Ramkrishna Paramhans has told, " Religion is useless to an empty stomach " Therefore we like to eat tasty items and for eating we have to face many problems.

But in today's fast paced life, even our food is getting fast. But how good is this fast food for us. Are we getting enough nutrition after eating this food? These are the questions that hunt of us now a days.

The above question has two answers and they are 'yes' and 'no'.

Yes : we are getting enough nutrition after eating fast food.

First food like , egg roll, egg chowmein, biriyani, mutton chowmein and so on are available in shops, hotels and restaurants .We can easily buy them on the way of office or when we are returning home. Now it is possible to taste any delicious food in a short time from anywhere in our region or country. Fast food saves time and gives us many options to taste many different items.

No : we don't get nutrition after eating fast food. Because provider uses waste oil to fry fast foods. Some have no common sense about personal hygiene and some have but they don't sanitize their stalls or restaurants. there are many shops or stalls who keep their foods uncovered. Flies, mosquitoes come and sit on those foods and spoil the nutrients in the foods. Dust of road also effectsl the ingredients of foods badly. people are not conscious about it. Some providers prove stale foods to consumer. If we continously take such foods ,very soon our health will decrease and we will fall into death.( for example : Diarrhea )

Hence we have to be more conscious about 'smart choices for good health'. We have to avoid those uncovered foods. Health is wealth, so we have to taste many items but it is our responsibilities to take care of ourselves. We know what is wrong and right. Don't know why we always choose the wrong path. If we want we can solve this problem but now we are unable to do that because we have no time for each other, we are busy! Government should take care of it. Before taking fast food we should judge for one time: is the fast food safe for us? Fast food is not bad but they are bad people who make foods for us.

In today's fast paced life, even our food is getting fast.but how good is this fast food for us.are we getting enough nutrition after eating this food? The truth is maintaining good health is a challenging issue. One really has to care for it holistically. The bases of a good health is a tripod comprising: exercise, nutritious food, yoga and meditation.

Maintaining one’s health in the contemporary challenging times is not an easy task. Rising levels of pollution, deforestation, ever rising stress due to work, responsibilities, deadlines and the competitiveness, food adulteration, faulty sleep habits, fast-food, etc. have adversely affected the human health.

If one has to maintain his health one really needs to take great care of his health. Balanced, nutritious food; clean, healthy water; practicing proper cleanliness and body hygiene; proper physical exercise, positive and cheerful attitude to life and its challenges, meditation, yoga, proper sleep are the ingredients to a healthy and fulfilling living.

So we must ensure our health first, before planning anything else in the world. We must ensure we eat healthy food, do comprehensive exercises, and practice mindful meditation.
