It is because there are some senior citizens who think that the girls who wear short dresses have no sanskar just because they wear short dresses. And think that girls who wear full body covered clothes are sanskari which is not always true. We cannot judge anyone by their clothes.

But there are some senior citizens who don't judge people by their clothes.
