"யாளி" in translation "yazhi".this is a ancient creature in Tamil Nadu.And my doubt is , this is really exist in those age or this is story animal?​

A yazhi or yalee is a mythical animal that is chimera of a lion , elephant and a snake .

As a transmutated animal , a yazhi was said to be stronger than lion or an elephant combined . This is the reason it was used as mount during the war.

( you can see yazhi in pillars of ancient temple)
