Side PQ ||Side SR and
AR =5AP ==AP/AR =1/5
AS = 5AQ ==AQ/AS =1/5
To Prove :SR = 5PQ
Proof : LINE PQ || LINE SR AND LINE QS IS THE TRANSVERSAL ,
WE GET ,
angle PQS =angle QSA ...... (I)
IN PAQ and SAR ,
angle PAQ = angle SAR
......VERTICALLY OPPOSITE ANGLE
angle PQS =angle QSA
........ from (I)
PAQ congruent SAR
...... AA Test
AP/AR=AQ/AS=PQ/SR
..... CORRESPONDING SIDE OF CONGRUENT TRIANGLE
THEREFORE ,
PQ/SR =1/5
SR = 5PQ
