In quadrilateral ABED
AB = DE ( given)
AB II ED ( given )
So, ABED is a parallelogram [ since, a pair of opposite sides are equal and parallel ]
So, BE II AD.....(1)
Similarly quadilateral BEFC is also parallelogram
Hence , BE II CF....(2)
And AC = DF
From the quations (1) and (2) we get
AD II CF
Hence AD = CF ( proved )
