Angle c=40
and B can be anything it's depends on the value of angle A only.
Example if b=80 then a=60
Angle A=140-b
and Angle B= 140-a

Hope it helps

A+B=140
A=140-B -1 equation
A+B+C=180
Substituting equation 1
140-B+C=180
B+C=40
