As b is right angle then 5,12,13 is a Pythagorean triplet then 13 is hypotenuse and sin c would be ab/ac which is 5/13

If

AC - AB=2

then,

AC = 2 + AB

by Pythagoras theorem

BC square+ AB square = AC square

12 square + AB square= (2+ AB) sq.

144 + AB sq. = 4 + ABsq.+ 4AB sq.

140/4 = AB

AB= 35

AC = 2 + 35

AC = 37

Sin C = 35/37.
