in triangle ILK side lk is 3cm more than side il side il is 5

LK = IL + 3
IK = IL + 5
IL +LK + IK = 32
IL + IL + 3 + IL + 5 = 32
3IL = 24
IL = 8 cm
LK = 11 cm
IK = 13 cm

therefore longest side is 13 cm

5+3+x=32

8x=32

x=32÷8

x=4
