In triangle PQR, right angled at Q, QR =6cm, angle QRP =60degree. Find the length of PQ and PR.

pr is equal to 10 cms n pq is equal to 8 cms applying they are Pythagoras triplet .

stuti26: hey, m sorry my ans is wrong , it was a silly mistake , bt d correct procedure is by using cos or sin . cos 60 = 1/2 = 6/x { here x= pr } . so x = 12 n now by applying Pythagoras theorem or sin 30= 1/√2 = y/12 { y = pq} we can find pq . n pq = 8.487 .
