Unit of force is Newton.

In a tug of war both of them will stand opposite to each other pulling the rope towards themselves. Therefore angle between two forces = 180°

When one force is 15N and another 88N in opposite direction then,
Net force acting on the rope = 88N - 15N = 73N

Rope will move towards 88N Force.
