In what important respect does the Phosphorus cycle differ from cycles of other similar elements such as Nitrogen & Sulfur ?

The source of Phosphorus cycle is Rocks ,while the others like carbon,nitrogen&sulphur is air. The respiratory release of Phosphorus is 0% .
