The people of the village are informed about the meetings ( termed as Gram Sabha ) either in Hindi or any other official language.
In order to facilitate effective communication these things need to be done :
1- Written notice should be pasted on official board of village.
2- The notice for the meeting should be given through SMS or letters to the village people.
