Sorting order can the record of the report be arranged​

• By using sorting, you may choose whether a report's data is presented in ascending or descending order for a certain row or column.
• Both text and numbers can be sorted in two different ways: ascending and descending. An ascending sort will organise numbers from smallest to largest and text from A to Z because ascending signifies moving upward. For numbers, descending is going from largest to smallest, and for text, it's from Z to A.

To Sort By attribute Forms

1. Select Advanced Sorting under Data.
2. To create a new kind, click Add on the Rows tab.
3. Price should be the new criteria.
4. To create another sort, click Add.
5. Rewrite the criteria as Desc.
6. Select OK. The same report is displayed below, this time sorted by Price before Long Description.
