=-1-4k / 1+k , 7-6k/ 1+k

therefore,

1-4k / 1+k =0

1-4k =0

1 = 4k

1/4 =k

that is, the ratio is 1: 1/4

putting the value of k=1/4, we get the point of intersection as ( 22/5,0 ).
