Criteria used by the UNDP for measuring development:

The World Bank measures the development by per capita income, but with that, you can just get a round figure but accuracy is still missing. So after the observation of the same, the UNDP changed its concept ideology and switched its criteria.

They adopted the human development index to measure development. As we are aware that this specific measure is made with a concept of lots of disciplines like living standards, health facilities, educational facilities, and real per capita income.
